Story of Wangmo and Tobgay continued...

"In the mental hospital, Wangmo was kept under the close observation of Dr. Kesper. For the first few weeks, she didn't show any sign of improvement. She kept shouting, laughing, crying, all at once. She wouldn't listen for any medications. At one point, she turn on to a nurse, grabbed her by the hand and thew the syringe away from the window. Other patients who were also as filthy as her laughed, pointing towards her messy hair. In another point, Wangmo jumped out her bed, calling the ward boy who has just came to clean the room as Tobgay. She knelt down on him, begging not to leave her. The surprised ward boy then never came again. By the third week, the depressed Wangmo was almost into 50th dosage of sedative. That's how, the hospital could keep her under control, otherwise she would go making scenes, disturbing all other patients, referring everybody as Tobgay; the unseen man; the man behind her depression. Dr. Kesper would examine her t

Why Keyboards in QWERTY...order?

Have you ever wondered like why the computer, typewritter and the phones' key board is in QWERTY....order? And why not in Alphabetical order? Well, I have always wondered about it. But somewhere in the corner of my mind, I thought it works the best in this, QWERTY...order. However, I was amazed to discover the amazing reason for not having the keyboard in Alphabetical order. And the reason is, it is to retard the typing speed. Confused? Yeah, I was also confused first. And it's your turn now, to get confuse. LoL. But have patient. I am going to explain it. And the explanation is, the first typing machine was invented by Christopher Scholes in 1873. The keyboard was in Alphabetical order. However, it was found out that, when a person type the words very fast, the keys got stuck together and the machine stopped functioning. That's where, the QWERTY keyboard is been designed; to retard the typing speed. Amazing right? Now, I hope I broke the confusion.

And here, it goes,,,   "I am reading a story where a girl and a boy fall in a very passionate love. They vowed to get married. But for some years, the boy had to go abroad for studies. The poor girl didn't react for he seemed perfectly happy. Instead she agreed to be his mistress. She rented a cheap hotel near-by. And she would wait until he comes to her after getting done all the obligations to his wife. She would stay awake, treasuring every little moment she gets to be wit

A kind follower to my blog led me to write this...

Sometimes, just a self-vibe to write is not enough, at least not for me. I may write, write and write, write everything that strikes my mind, inclusive of all those stupid stuffs. But what if it isn’t appealing to my readers?  I always used to worry about my poor quality write-ups and of corse I am still worried of it. So, I never used to share my writings with anyone with the fear that what if they don’t find worth reading it until I entered the College, probably four years back.  Yes, my writings were really poor. I still remember a note from my high school boy who said ‘I enjoyed reading your letter and also to find so many errors in it.’ ‘Heww’, his reply to my love letter morally made me feel real bad. Well, that was six years ago or so.  In the College, I started opening up, bit by bit. I started writing whatever that came my mind. I started sharing with few people who are close to me. Whenever they gave me positive comments, I used to feel like I have achieved t

Visit to 2nd Taktshang in East on New Year, 2017.

I bet everybody will have their own exciting tales to tell on how they have welcomed the New Year; 2017. And yes, me too, I am not in the exception list.  I also has a tale to tell, in fact an amazing one, at least to myself. Since the very first day of the New Year was on Sunday, it was even more exciting. I usually feel super relaxed on Sundays.  Well, the very first Sunday of the very New Year for me was such a blessed day. I along with seven others inclusive of my boss at work visited to a historic site called “Largab.”  Largab is in Mongar. It is located at almost two hours walk from the point just below the Korela pass. Largab in plain Sharchop language is “behind horizon.” Yes, the place was exactly behind a huge, beautiful mountain horizon.  The place is also called as “2 nd Taktshang” owing to fact that its establishment there was followed by a roaring Tigress when a highly learned religious figure called “Shacha Rinchen” was waiting for an omen to build
